Marvel Rivals Season 7.5 is about to kick off, and with it comes the annual changes, alongside the newest DPS hero, Black Cat. For balancing, there aren’t a lot of remarkable changes coming, unlike Season 7’s nerf to Ultimates and the triple support meta.
Still, heroes like Ultron, Human Torch, & Winter Soldier are getting some pretty noteworthy changes.
Marvel Rivals Season 7.5 Balance Changes
Vanguard
For tanks, there aren’t many adjustments; more tweaks are being made to the Chain-CC Protection system, recently introduced to Marvel Rivals.

Duelist
For Duelist Elsa Bloodstone is getting a lot of nerfs, but some fans believe that this won’t impact her power at all. Whereas Human Torch’s mobility is being changed. Now, Plasma Body will have a short dash before the speed boost kicks in, which is now on a charge system, rather than a meter.
Winter Soldier is also getting a long list of changes after being a powerhouse for so long, but these are more targeting crowd control abilities, rather than a full damage nerf.

Strategist
Supports are also barely getting any changes. Yet, the biggest nerfs are coming to C&D’s ultimate and Jeff’s damage falloff. Ultron, on the other hand, is getting a mini ultimate rework, which is going to make its ultimate deal more damage, healing, and have a bigger AOE. But outside of his Ultimate, Ultron still struggles to heal in a 2-support comp, limiting him to 3 support teams.

Team-Up Changes
As for Team-Ups, Guardian of the Deep is seeing some pretty hefty nerfs to its healing, while Season 7.5 is bringing a new Team-Up between Black Cat, White Fox, and, surprisingly, Captain America.

Do you think these changes will actually make Ultron and Human Torch see play? In the meantime, keep an eye on our Other Games section for more updates.
