Violet Spellwing has been removed from the game at the end of the Legion expansion. However, it’s become available in Legion Remix this week and here’s how to get it.
How to Get the Mount
Enter Heroic Antorus the Burning Throne raid and defeat Argus. That’s it. Argus will drop 
Blood of the Unmaker, which starts the Blood of a Titan quest. Once turned in, you will receive 
Kirin Tor Summoning Crystal that teaches you Violet Spellwing.
Soloing raids is easy in Legion Remix thanks to the immense power creep, so getting the mount should be relatively easy!
