Legion Remix Rewards
You can collect
Bronze to purchase various items in Legion Remix. These include rare mounts, toys, pets, and armor sets. We have a list
of all the rewards you can buy from the vendors in our dedicated guide.
How to Start Playing Legion Remix
You will see Legion Remix under Game Modes on the Character Select screen when the event starts. Clicking on it will open the following window, letting you create your Timerunner (Legion Remix character).
The Dalaran Intro Experience
All characters (including Demon Hunters) will start at Level 10 in Dalaran and must complete a short introduction,
during which they will be introduced to the event's basics, such as
Bronze, your Artifact weapon,
Infinite Power, Skyriding, gearing, gear scraping, and finally, the Infinite Bazaar.
Bronze
Bronze is the main currency used to purchase cosmetics in Legion Remix. It
is no longer used for gear upgrades. You can get it from mob kills, quests, or gear scrapping.
Remixed Artifact Weapons
Artifacts are back, but they now have a shared trait tree where you choose between the following paths: Nature, Fel, Arcane, Storm, or Holy.
You can respec any time, and new gear lets you break trait limits.
You will also come across Jewelry that lets you add ranks to traits from any path, taking ranks from other paths, or boosting your chosen path beyond its limits.
Infinite Power
Infinite Power is a personal progression system used to upgrade your artifact weapon. This will also
provide you with permanent stat boosts for your character, similar to the MoP Remix cloak.
Skyriding
Skyriding is available in Legion Remix when you complete the A Fixed Point in Time quest in Dalaran.
Gearing in Legion Remix
Gear is very easy to come by in Legion Remix. During questing, you will receive caches that contain gear.
On top of that, you will get
Cache of Infinite Power that contains powerful items by completing random dungeons
through the Dungeon Finder and from completing Infinite Research quests. Gear also drops from dungeons, raids, and
world quests.
Higher difficulties will have a chance at dropping gear upgrades.
Gear Scrapping
You can destroy unwanted gear to receive
Bronze and
Infinite Power either through the
Unraveling Sands
ability that you can use to summon your personal scrapper, or you can scrap gear using the Infinite Obliterum Forge
at the Infinite Bazaar.
The Infinite Bazaar in Dalaran
Your main vendor hub in Legion Remix is the Infinite Bazaar located in Dalaran. You will arrive here after completing the intro questline. All the vendors can be found here, and you can also pick up your Infinite Research quests or increase the world difficulty in the Bazaar.
Heroic World Tier Difficulty
All outdoor content will be available on a Heroic World Tier difficulty inspired by Diablo.
In this new difficulty, creatures will have more health, more damage, and the occasional Affix-like buff, increasing both their difficulty and rewards.
Keep in mind this difficulty is not mandatory. It is for players looking for a challenge.
How to Turn On Heroic World Tier?
Visit the Infinite Bazaar in Dalaran and interact with Console of Infinite Chaos to enable Heroic World Tier. This will bring up a warning that you need to accept before turning on the difficulty.
Timewarped Obelisks
Timewarped Obelisks scattered across Legion zones will provide you with temporary but powerful buffs as you explore the open world.
Timeworn Keystone Dungeons
Legion was the first expansion to debut the Mythic+ system, which is why Blizzard implemented Timeworn Keystone Dungeons. These will feature most of the affixes from the original launch of the expansion, but they are also adding four new ones specific to Legion Remix called Eternus's Trials.
Infinite Research
Each day, players can pick new research assignments, such as killing demons, running
dungeons, collecting
Bronze while Skyriding, and more. With over
100 quests available and the ability to unlock multiple at once, you will have plenty
of options to choose from.
You do not need to select an assignment every day as you can save up to six days' worth of quests that you can do when you are ready.
More Character Slots for Everyone
Five new character slots will be added to all World of Warcraft accounts with Legion Remix launch.
Moving Characters from Legion Remix to Retail Servers
Keep in mind moving converting characters above Level 70 from Legion Remix to live requires the War Within expansion.
You can move your Timerunners over to live servers before Legion Remix ends, but keep in mind that this will also remove all Remix-specific items, abilities, and also clear your quest log.
When the character is moved to retail, it will receive gear appropriate to their current level. You can initiate the move right on the Character Select screen.
