The Turbulent Timeways event is back starting June 17, and if Blizzard keeps up their usual Timewalking routine, you could be on track for 6 straight weeks of Hero-track gear from the Liberation of Undermine raid. What’s Actually Happening With Turbulent Timeways?
Every Turbulent Timeways event so far (including the last run in January 2025) has followed the same tradition: the weekly Timewalking quest rewards a piece of Hero-track gear.
With Liberation of Undermine as the current raid, this would mean 1 piece of Item Level 649-671 loot every single week for six weeks, just by completing the weekly quest in Dornogal that requires you to run a few Timewalking dungeons!
Why This Matters for Your Gear
Thanks to the Turbo Boost event, Hero-track gear has two more upgrade ranks! That means you can upgrade the items all the way up to Item Level 671 (Hero Rank 8).
But as always, there’s a tiny chance Blizzard could throw us a twist. Until we see an official blue post, it’s not 100% confirmed, but the odds are very much in our favor.
