While Dastardly Duos is live on both NA and EU servers, not everything is available from the start. The event lasts until July 13th, and there are new rewards and abilities to unlock over a 4-week period. The mount, of course, is in the last week, but you’ll probably want the pretty awesome podium toy as well.
Weekly Unlocks
To get the rewards themselves, all you have to do is grab the current quest from Vinnie in Dornogal, Orgrimmar, or Stormwind and complete it. You can then queue up for the activity right next to him at Xyggie Marou. You’ll get the weekly reward and the 
Dastardly Prize Purse with some Champion track gear.
Week 1: The reward unlocked now is the 
Dastardly Banner toy.
Week 2: Possibly the most interesting one aside from the mount unlocks next week. The 
Winner’s Podium toy lets you summon and stand on a copy of the podium from the event itself, and stays after the event ends!
Week 3: Aside from the reward unlock, in the third week, players will be able to use the Horn of Calling to summon extra bosses to fight. You’ll even be able to get up to 10 bosses in the arena at once! The reward that is unlocked for the week is the 
Mean-Ball Ball Bag pet.
Week 4: the final addition is probably the most coveted one, the 
Tyrannotort’s Treat mount!
