Blizzard shared a hotfix they applied earlier, affecting a DK Apex talent. It seems 
Dance of Midnight ranks 2 and 3 were bugged and were actually increasing damage taken instead of reducing it. This was fixed on Friday.
On Friday at about 12:30 p.m. PDT, we deployed this hotfix:
- Fixed a bug that caused the Dance of Midnight Apex talent ranks 2 and 3 to incorrectly increase damage taken. They now decrease damage taken, as intended.
This will appear in our next hotfixes update.
