
<p>Blizzard is updating the In-Game Shop User Interface (UI) in Patch 11.2.5. </p>



<p>We caught a glimpse of the new UI which isn&#8217;t fully implemented yet in a short video by content creator MrGM. You can watch it below.</p>

<p>Players who open the in-game shop in Patch 11.2.5 will be greeted by the following new screen before being taken to the list of items available for purchase.</p>

<p>While the UI is still missing some core elements, it&#8217;s definitely bigger and more compact compared to what we have right now on live servers.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Why is Blizzard Updating the In-Game Shop UI?</h2>



<p>While the reason for the overhaul remains unknown for now, some players speculate it&#8217;s in preparation for monetizing <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/wow/player-housing-guide">player housing</a>, which is coming in a limited form in Patch 11.2.7.</p>
