Elemental Stalls, Windwalker Dives: Manaforge: Omega Logs , Week 12

Starym's Avatar by Starym

We have a pretty stable week, as is to be expected this late in the season. Elemental’s progress has halted, as it keeps its top spot in the high percentiles, but stalls out in the overall bracket. Windwalker is having a bad week, dropping out of the top 10 for the first time in quite a while. Let’s dive in.

Mythic+ DPS Logs, Week 10

Note: We are using normalized scores instead of raw DPS for the Warcraft Logs rankings. Normalized scores take into account the outlier boss fights where certain specs could stack massive DPS (due to the nature of the fight, whether it’s AoE spam or something else), which would then affect their overall score for the whole raid.

Overall Damage 95th Percentile

The top 3 seems to be set for now, as Elemental keeps its top spot and Arcane and BM accept their nerfed status. We do have a solid move right after that though, with Marksmanship rising two spots and grabbing Frost DK’s No.4 slot. Fury is also on the rise, getting the better of Fire, and Destruction grabs spot as well, breaking back in to the top 10 in No.9. Another single-spot climber closes out the top 10, as Subtlety joins Destruction in leaping over Windwalker. We almost have an entirely new bottom 3, as Demonology is joined by Outlaw and Arms, with the Warrior claiming the final spot on the chart.

Overall Damage All Percentiles

Things are still pre-nerf-looking in the generalist chart, as the lower percentiles are still in Arcane and Assassination’s favor. Beast Mastery drops off as Frost DK moves past it into 5th, while Fire and Destruction switch places, the Mage coming out ahead. Windwalker takes a dive here as well, dropping three spots and landing in 12th, just behind Unholy. Arms and Outlaw move into the bottom 3 here as well, except it’s Frost Mage waiting for them at the very bottom instead of Demo.

Boss Only Damage All Percentiles

The direct damage chart is incredibly stable, as we have to go down all the way to No.12 to see some movement, where Destruction gains some ground.

Individual Bosses

We see Fury’s gains come from Soul Hunters, as it moves into 5th, while Elemental’s move up in the generalist bracket was halted by some lower Dimensius performance.

Elemental is moving up here, grabbing 2nd from Assassination, while Destruction moves past Fury for 4th.
