Manaforge Omega Raid Guide – Patch 11.2’s Final Showdown

Manaforge Omega is your final stop in The War Within expansion. It comes with 8 bosses, a raid-only Renown, and the Void knocking at your door!

Introduction

Manaforge Omega is the final raid of The War Within expansion introduced in Patch 11.2.0. It houses 8 bosses. Inside the raid, players can increase their reputation standing with a raid-exclusive Renown called Manaforge Vandals, very similar to Gallagio Loyalty Rewards Club.

Backstory

Manaforge Omega, built to harness arcane power from the wastes of K'aresh, now hums with a sinister radiance. Within it, Nexus-King Salhadaar attempts to reawaken Dimensius, the All-Devouring, in a bid for ultimate power. The champions of Azeroth must disrupt Manaforge Omega's operations or else risk a reborn Dimensius feasting on reality itself.

Raid Unlock Schedule

Here is the full unlock schedule for the raid. You will need a minimum item level of 651 to queue up for Raid Finder!

  • Week of August 12: Normal, Heroic, Mythic, Raid Finder Wing 1 become available with Plexus Sentinel, Loomíthar, and Soulbinder Naazindhri.
  • Week of August 19: Story Mode and Raid Finder Wing 2 become available with Forgeweaver Araz, The Soul Hunters, and Fractillus.
  • Week of August 26: Raid Finder Wing 3 will become available, allowing players to defeat the final two bosses of the raid: Nexus-King Salhadaar, and Dimensius, the All-Devouring.

How to Enter the Raid

Reshii Wraps are needed to enter the raid, which means you need to complete the campaign up to Chapter 4, so you get the new Artifact cloak. The nearest flight point that will take you to near the raid entrance is called Shadow Point. It is located in the upper portion of K'aresh.

Raid Bosses

Here is a list of all the bosses you will face inside the raid:

  1. Plexus Sentinel;
  2. Loom’ithar;
  3. Soulbinder Naazindhri;
  4. Forgeweaver Araz;
  5. The Soul Hunters (Optional Boss);
  6. Fractillus;
  7. Nexus King Salhadaar;
  8. Dimensius The All Devouring.

New Raid Renown Track: Manaforge Vandals

The raid has its own raid Renown track called Manaforge Vandals, filled with rewards and buffs to use once inside the raid. Increasing reputation with the faction is important because it provides players with access to the soft raid nerf and raid skip. Check out our separate guide to learn more!

Loot Distribution

Group Loot is the only method of loot distribution in the raid. There is no option to return to Personal Loot. Certain items like professional reagents may still use Personal Loot where appropriate.

Loot Trading

All item-level restrictions placed on trading between members of your raid group are entirely removed. while inside the raid, allowing you to trade items with small item level increases that are not upgraded (rings, necklaces).

Loot Item Levels

In Manaforge Omega, loot item levels scale with difficulty, from Raid Finder up to Mythic. Bosses drop gear within specific item level ranges, and the further you progress, the higher the item levels will be.

Bind-on-Equip Rules in First Weeks of The War Within Season 3

For the first few weeks of The War Within Season 3, Bind-on-Equip items will drop as Bind-on-Pickup items in Mythic Manaforge Omega. Other difficulties are not affected by the restriction, and BoE items will drop from Day 1.

Manaforge Omega comes with new class sets and the set bonuses focus on Hero Talent trees this time around!

Raid Rewards and Achievements

In addition to loot and increasing your reputation with Manaforge Vandals, participating in the raid grants you various achievements, mounts, titles, and more. This section contains a breakdown of the most notable rewards you can grab in this raid tier.

12.1.

Glory of the Omega Raider

Those who complete the Glory of the Omega Raider Icon Glory of the Omega Raider meta-achievement will receive the Umbral K'arroc Icon Umbral K'arroc mount.

here are all the raid achievements you must earn to get the mount:

  • Of Mice and Manaforges Icon Of Mice and Manaforges: Defeat the Plexus Sentinel after saving all mice from atomization in Manaforge Omega on Normal difficulty or higher.
  • Time to Vote! Cute or Scary? Icon Time to Vote! Cute or Scary?: Defeat Loom'ithar after everyone decides whether they would rather /cower from it or /cuddle it before starting the battle in Manaforge Omega on Normal difficulty or higher.
  • Mother of All Tantrums Icon Mother of All Tantrums: Defeat Soulbinder Naazindhri after defeating all Little Unbound Souls in Manaforge Omega on Normal difficulty or higher.
  • Cheat Meal Icon Cheat Meal: Defeat Forgeweaver Araz after feeding a Void Forged Echo to the Dark Singularity in Manaforge Omega on Normal difficulty or higher.
  • I See... Absolutely Nothing Icon I See... Absolutely Nothing: Defeat the Soul Hunters after all players have worn Adarus' spare blindfold at least 1 time in Manaforge Omega on Normal difficulty or higher.
  • Breaking the Fourth Wall Icon Breaking the Fourth Wall: Defeat Fractillus after destroying a fourth wall 18 times in Manaforge Omega on Normal difficulty or higher.
  • King's Ransom Icon King's Ransom: Defeat Nexus-King Salhadaar alongside a hidden assassin in Manaforge Omega on Normal difficulty or higher.
  • Defying Gravity Icon Defying Gravity: Defeat Dimensius, the All-Devouring after allowing every member of your raid to be hit by Reverse Gravity at least once in Manaforge Omega on Normal difficulty or higher.
12.2.

Dimensius Mounts

There are two mounts tied to Dimensius, the All-Devouring: Unbound Star-Eater Icon Unbound Star-Eater and Reins of the Royal Voidwing Icon Reins of the Royal Voidwing.

12.3.

Unbound Star-Eater

Unbound Star-Eater Icon Unbound Star-Eater drops from Mythic Dimensius, the All-Devouring on Mythic difficulty until the release of the next raid tier, which will happen when the Midnight expansion launches.

12.4.

Royal Voidwing

Defeating Dimensius on Heroic difficulty will grant you the Ahead of the Curve: Dimensius, the All-Devouring Icon Ahead of the Curve: Dimensius, the All-Devouring after completing the A Twilight Oath's End quest.

12.5.

Manaforge Omega Mythic Hall of Fame Achievement

Players who earn the Hall of Fame: Dimensius, the All-Devouring Icon Hall of Fame: Dimensius, the All-Devouring achievement will receive the Famed Slayer of Dimensius title. The achievement requires players to be among the first 200 guilds worldwide to defeat the final boss of the tier on Mythic difficulty.

12.6.

Titles

Defeating Dimensius on Mythic Difficulty (Mythic: Dimensius, the All-Devouring Icon Mythic: Dimensius, the All-Devouring) rewards the Void Vanquisher title.

12.7.

Ahead of the Curve and Cutting Edge Manaforge Omega Achievements

Ahead of the Curve: Dimensius, the All-Devouring Icon Ahead of the Curve: Dimensius, the All-Devouring is the Heroic achievement for this raid tier and requires the defeat of Dimensius on Heroic difficulty or higher, before the release of the next raid tier.

Cutting Edge: Dimensius, the All-Devouring Icon Cutting Edge: Dimensius, the All-Devouring is the Mythic counterpart that requires players to kill Dimensius on Mythic difficulty before the release of the next raid.
