It seems Blizzard have once again listened to the community! They have removed the timegating on the mount/pet/cosmetic item vendor from Horrific Visions!
No More 3-Week Wait!
With the launch of Horrific Visions with the weekly reset, players noticed the cosmetics vendor, Tori, required the Hourglass of Horrific Visions tree to be filled out. This process lasts three weeks, making cosmetic purchases timegated.
Earlier today, Blizzard removed this requirement from the vendor, which includes mounts, pets and cosmetics!
That means you can get all the cosmetics, the two mounts, and the pet right now, provided you have a whole lot of
