Horrific Visions Rewards Guide – Patch 11.1.5

The following guide covers some of the most notable rewards from Horrific Visions in Patch 11.1.5. Please keep in mind we will be updating this guide with more rewards post-launch.

Displaced Corrupted Mementos are the main currency of Horrific Visions. They are used to unlock talents in the Hourglass of Horrific Visions, and for purchasing items from the vendors. Faceless Masks increase the number of mementos you gain during your run.

We would not be playing Horrific Visions without gear, right? Here is a simplified table showing gear progression for Horrific Visions. Keep in mind gear caps at Item Level 658 4/8 Hero-track for a full clear with 5 Masks.

You can purchase special items from Dornogal vendors that will make all future items in Horrific Visions Warbound until equipped. These include:

• Warbound Purifying Kit — Unlock future Veteran items in Horrific Visions Revisited to be Warbound until equipped. Requires the Masked Soliloquy achievement, rewarded upon completing a Horrific Vision with any Faceless Masks active. Costs 1,000 Displaced Corrupted Mementos.
• Enchanted Warbound Purifying Kit — Unlock future Champion items in Horrific Visions Revisited to be Warbound until equipped. Requires the completion of a Horrific Vision with at least 5 Faceless Masks active. Costs 2,000 Displaced Corrupted Mementos.

The vendors in Dornogal offer various rewards in exchange for Displaced Corrupted Mementos.

Torie is located near the sleeping void dragon. She sells a variety of items, including old rewards from the Horrific Visions introduced in the Battle for Azeroth expansion. All the items are gated behind unlocking all talents in the Hourglass of Horrific Visions and the We Have the Memories achievement

The vendor also sells a wide selection of transmog armor sets themed after Ny'alotha.

TickTack sells Item Level 632 Veteran 4/8 weapons. This vendor unlocks when you earn the Incremental Progress achievement.

Rhythferr sells Item Level 639 Champion 2/8 weapons. You can buy items from him upon earning the Masked Soliloquy achievement.

Chreni sells Item Level 658 Hero 4/8 weapons. You can buy items from the vendor after earning the Symphony of Masks achievement.

The following section contains achievements that reward titles, mounts, pets, and toys!

• Through the Depths of Visions: Requires players to complete all objectives in the Horrific Vision of Stormwind and Orgrimmar with 5 Masks active and rewards the Black Serpent of N'Zoth mount.
• Ny'alothan Shadow Worm is the most difficult mount to get, as it requires Mastering the Visions, earning both Beyond the Most Horrific Vision of Stormwind and Beyond the Most Horrific Vision of Orgrimmar, meaning you need to complete both with all 8 Masks active!
• Reeking of Visions requires players to complete all objectives in both the Horrific Vision of Stormwind and Orgrimmar in a single visit. Once done, you will receive the Reek pet.
• For Mad World, you need to complete all objectives in the Revisited Horrific Visions of Stormwind and Orgrimmar in a single visit alone with any 5 Faceless Masks active. Rewards "the Faceless One" title.
• Through the Looking Glass — Complete All objectives in the Revisited Horrific Visions of Stormwind and Orgrimmar in a single visit while not in a party and with all 8 Faceless Masks active.

This section contains information about mounts that you can unlock directly inside the Horrific Visions.

• Felreaver Deathcycle is obtained by completing a puzzle involving both Horrific Visions. You must first put on at least 1 Mask and head to the Dwarven District in the Horrific Version of Stormwind. There, you will find a Voidfire Deathycycle near the Auction House. Defeat it to send it to Dornogal, where it will further require different spare parts scattered across both Horrific Visions.
• Mail Muncher is a mount that you can obtain from a rare that has a chance to spawn when you interact with mailboxes inside the visions.
• Void-Crystal Panther is a mount that players with Jewelcrafting can unlock in the Horrific Vision of Orgrimmar with at least 1 Mask active. Simply, go to Valley of Honor (Rexxar area) inside the Blacksmith trainer hut at /way 82, 33 is a goblin that you must kill for the Design: Void-Crystal Panther to drop. To craft the mount, you will need 1 Void-Bound Orb of Mystery, 1 Unusual Gems, 20 Shadow Infused Onyx, 4 Black Blood Infused Bar.
• Void-Forged Stallion's Reins is a mount that you obtain by completing a puzzle in the Horrific Vision of Stormwind with at least 1 Mask active.
• Void-Scarred Pack Mother's Harness requires players to complete a puzzle in the Horrific Vision of Orgrimmar with at least 1 Mask active.
• Reins of the Void-Scarred Gryphon is earned by completing a puzzle in the Horrific Vision of Stormwind with at least 3 active Masks.
• Reins of the Void-Scarred Windrider is obtained by completing an event in the Horrific Vision of Orgrimmar with at least 3 Masks active.
