Liberation of Undermine Raid DPS, Tank, Healer Logs, Week 14

Starym's Avatar by Starym

Things are starting to get stable (finally) in the raid as the results of the tuning are very much settling in. Shadow and Survival keep their big gains, but Subtlety doesn’t, as the bug seems to have helped it a lot more than expected. The other mover this week is Retribution, as the Paladins are moving on up, and we’re taking a look at the tanks and healers as well, so let’s take a look.

Note: We are using normalized scores instead of raw DPS for the Warcraft Logs rankings. Normalized scores take into account the outlier boss fights where certain specs could stack massive DPS (due to the nature of the fight, whether it’s AoE spam or something else), which would then affect their overall score for the whole raid.

Overall Damage 95th Percentile

We may indeed have a meta solidifying, as the top 6 remain stable for the first week in a very long time! Shadow and Survival manage to hang on to their big gains from the tuning in 5th and 6th. However, we do see Subtlety drop quite a bit. Last week, it had the benefit of a bug that doubled its intended 5% tuning buff for the first few days, so now we’re seeing the effects. And they’re pretty huge as it turns out, as the Rogue drops from 7th straight down 9 spots to 16th!

Retribution gladly takes this opportunity to climb, also moving past Windwalker in the process. The Monks aren’t too happy as they get taken down by Frost DK as well, dropping two spots, with the DK gaining four. Havoc remains stable at the end of the top 10, still keeping Unholy at bay. We still see both Druids down in the dumps, with Feral dropping to the very last spot and putting Demonology in an orange sandwich.

Overall Damage All Percentiles

Shadow moves up in the world here, moving past Assassination into 6th. Retribution has a big surge, coming up from 13th all the way into 8th. Frost DK has the same trajectory, but only gains two spots in 9th. Windwalker gets pushed down to make room, landing in 10th, with Unholy reprising its top percentiles position just outside the top 10. Feral is doing a little better here as Frost Mage joins Balance and Demo in the bottom 3.

Boss Only Damage All Percentiles

Feral’s bad week continues here as well, as it drops four spots to 7th, making room for Marksmanship in the top 3. Arcane takes down Assassination, and while it’s Frost doing the climbing in the overall rankings, it’s Unholy that moves a spot up here, leaving its fellow DK still down in 8th.

Mythic Bosses

Beast Mastery moves up on Stix, making it a very Hunter-y top 3. We also see where Frost DK is getting its surge from, moving to the very top of the Gallywix chart, taking down both Fury and Devastation.

Stix BunkJunker

Sprocketmonger Lockenstock

One-armed Bandit

Mug’Zee, Heads of Security

Chrome King Gallywix

Tanks

It’s been a long time since we checked in with the tanks, as their numbers track their actual damage and not anything else, so it’s not as useful a stat. We see very few changes in the rankings anyway, with Vengeance dropping slightly and Guardian moving on up into 3rd.

Healers

The Priests are still in charge of the healers, as Holy sits at the top with a solid margin.

Heroic Overall Damage All Percentiles

Devastation finally makes it to the top of Heroic as well, as the lower difficulty embraces the Evokers. Marksmanship also followed suit as the long-time Heroic ruler Arms gets pushed down to 4th.
