In the latest World of Warcraft: Midnight Alpha build, we have spotted what appear to be faction-split Great Vaults in Silvermoon City—with distinct versions for Horde and Alliance.

The city’s overhaul leans heavily into its roots: roughly one-third of Silvermoon remains Horde-only, while the rest is shared space. As Midnight’s central hub, the Blood Elves’ capital may be opening its gates wide, but its Horde identity is very much intact.
It’s an interesting move in an era where faction lines are blurring. Cross-faction guilds, raids, and groups have become the norm. But Blizzard’s making one thing clear: Silvermoon isn’t neutral ground.

Faction barriers may be crumbling elsewhere, but here in Silvermoon, they’re still standing strong. The question is: does that still matter?
