A new quality-of-life hotfix went live, affecting Nemesis Shards that drop from Hogger in the Horrific Vision of Stormwind and Gamon in the Horrific Vision of Orgrimmar.
Previously, these shards were Soulbound, meaning you’d have to collect them on a single character to create the 
Faceless Mask of the Nemesis. However, with the hotfix now live, both 
Nemesis Shard and 
Nemesis Shard are account-wide and can be sent over to the character that farmed the Nemesis Shard from Gamon last week!
