Save Gortham from Nexus-Point Xenas
The achievement 
You Conduit! requires you to rescue Gortham from the Nexus-Point Xenas dungeon. The achievement can be done on any difficulty, but it does require a full 5-man group.
In the corridor leading to Chief Corewright Kasreth (left boss), you can spot Corespark Conduits – Platforms with energy crackling out of them. There are 5 Conduits in total throughout the corridor. Clear the corridor leading to the boss, as well as any trash mobs in the way of any Corespark Conduits.
Once the way to all Corespark Conduits is clear, coordinate with your group to have one person step on each Corespark Conduit at the same time, for a few seconds. You will want to save a personal cooldown, as these conduits deal significant damage.
If done correctly, the conduits will overload, and the pipes in the middle of the corridor will burst, freeing Gortham from his prison. Go to Gortham and loot him to obtain your Gortham pet and achievement!
