Player Housing Finally Reflects Your Character in WoW’s Midnight Beta

Emma's Avatar by Emma

The Midnight Beta continues to quietly expand World of Warcraft’s Player Housing system, and this week brings two highly anticipated additions: Night Elf and Blood Elf housing exteriors. These new exterior options give us our clearest look yet at how deeply racial identity is being baked into housing customisation.

Both styles are instantly recognisable and lean heavily into their respective aesthetics. With a large number of visual variations, these exteriors go a long way toward showing how Player Housing may feel less like a generic system and more like a true extension of your character and their culture.

Night Elven Exteriors

Night Elf exteriors come in three distinct styles—Embelished, Rustic, and Woodland. These houses range from ornate, ceremonial designs to natural homes that feel grown into the forest itself.

Blood Elven Exteriors

Blood Elf exteriors stick to a single, unmistakable aesthetic, but offer a wide range of customisation options. From elegant spires and winged chimneys, to filigreed planter windows, this style leans fully into Silvermoon’s arcane grandeur.
