Blizzard released a blue post regarding the recent bugs in the Silvermoon Weekly Quests, which also partially resulted in players receiving extra Sparks of Tides.
Another bug related to this was that Lady Liadrin was not giving out weekly quests to certain players, which prevented players from making progress toward the new Silvermoon City warband.
With a hotfix applied during today’s weekly maintenance, Liadrin should now offer weekly quests to players as intended. In addition to this, completing Liadrin’s weekly quest now rewards the 
Silvermoon Citizen’s Emblem, which teaches you the Silvermoon City warband campsite.
The 
Void Vestige reward from the Trailing Xal’atath weekly quests (which rewards the Silvermoon in Void campsite) remains unchanged.
We looked into this quest to make sure it’s being offered by Lady Liadrin as intended.
With maintenance (now complete in this region), we’ve made an update to the quest rewards. Specifically, now:
- Silvermoon Defender’s Emblem is now a single item that awards the Silvermoon City warband campsite.
Previously, you had to collect four (4) of them. We did not change the Void Vestige item.
