If you are new to Midnight’s player housing this week, you have likely just seen your first Neighborhood Endeavor start as Blood Elf Artisans flooded into your neighborhood on March 2nd. You may resent their intrusion into your quiet neighborhood, but you shouldn’t: endeavors reward Housing XP, gold, experience, crests, and most importantly, unique decor for completing tasks you would be doing anyway!

Endeavors GuideHow They Work
Endeavors are themed monthly events designed to introduce your neighborhood to Azeroth’s varied cultures. In public neighborhoods, an endeavor type is automatically selected every month, but in private neighborhoods, the owner is generally able to select the theme from a list of several options. Sometimes, all neighborhoods will have the same endeavor in order to celebrate a holiday or Warcraft event, such as the Blood Elf Artisans endeavor this month to celebrate Midnight’s release.
Each endeavor will change your neighborhood center, bringing in themed NPCs, buildings, decorations, and questgivers. Often, a portal will also open to take you quickly to the zone or continent associated with your chosen endeavor theme, like the Silvermoon Portal currently open in each neighborhood.

Completing specific tasks during an endeavor will contribute to its overall progress and award you the new endeavor currency, Community Coupons, which you can exchange for unique housing decor.
Weekly Tasks
An endeavor’s weekly tasks are broad enough that any type of gameplay can satisfy them, ensuring that every kind of player can contribute. Some tasks are as simple as gathering, or completing World Quests. Others require you to complete dungeons or kill raid bosses. Often you will find tasks specifically themed for the endeavor, like finding Luckydos for the Grummles, or taking scenic photos for the Blood Elves.

Vendors
Each task or quest you complete rewards Community Coupons, which can be traded at endeavor vendors for themed decor. Your Coupons are not endeavor-specific, though; you can spend yours at your friend’s endeavor vendor if you prefer their decor to the one in your own neighborhood. Players have already begun offering up “Vendor Trading” groups in LFG, shopping around at each other’s endeavor vendors to explore the wares on offer!
Any rewards earned from your endeavor efforts can be collected from the endeavor chest, located at the neighborhood bulletin board, next to the steward.
Community Progression

Besides your own personal progression through endeavors for Coupons, your entire neighborhood’s efforts work to unlock more decor rewards through community progress. Every member of a neighborhood contributes to community progress via their task progression; completing tasks in a neighborhood group rewards extra progress.
Never fear if your neighborhood is small or relatively inactive; endeavor progress is scaled for neighborhood size and activity. If your neighborhood struggled to complete a month’s endeavor, the next month’s will be easier.
