A WoW player who goes by the AngelicBacon Reddit handle has done what most players wouldn’t even try: they collected every legendary weapon that’s still obtainable in the game!
The Legendary Grind… Without the Legendary Payoff?
WoW currently doesn’t have an achievement for players who obtain all the available legendaries in the game, so the player’s only reward may still be hidden a few patches away…
Maybe Patch 11.2.7 Will Save the Flex
AngelicBacon is hopeful they can mount all their legendaries on a wall when player housing arrives in Patch 11.2.7. Well, that’s if Blizzard allows us to. During one of the previews, we saw some notable armor pieces mounted on the wall as decorations.

As for the grind, the player said it wasn’t as painful as you’d think. Thanks to the Collector’s Bounty, they obtained glaives from Illidan and the legendary bow from Sylvanas quite easily. The real fun came from the lore and storylines to each weapon, according to the OP.

Atiesh: The Ghost of Grinds Past
If we don’t count temporary legendary weapons from Tempest Keep, there’s one legendary missing from the list because it’s no longer obtainable. Atiesh, Greatstaff of the Guardian was removed from the game way back in The Burning Crusade, which means you can no longer farm it.
To shun the non-believers, here’s a screenshot of all the achievements tied to the legendary weapons. As you can see, the final one was Fangs of the Father, the dagger set from Dragon Soul.
