Zenless Zone Zero just released version 2.6, and with it, we finally got the Angels of Delusions! After a long wait since their initial reveal, Aria and Sunna are finally playable, but how strong are they really?
Alongside the new agents, this patch also introduced balance changes that pushed a few familiar faces up the rankings, making this one of the more meaningful tier list changes in a while.
Sunna Makes a Strong First Impression
The Angels of Delusion were always expected to be something special, but they ended up being more than just really cool-looking. Both Aria and Sunna bring unique animations, faction synergies, and solid combat performance, especially when paired together.
Sunna can already be qualified as one of the strongest Supports in the game. She fits into almost any ATK-scaling team, offering nice Attack buffs, Ether Veil, and a Stun damage multiplier that will be useful in a lot of teams. That flexibility alone earns her a spot at the very top of the tier list.
Even if Aria will only be available during Phase 2, we already have a pretty good idea of where she will rank inside the current Tier List as well.
She will fill an important gap as the game’s first true Ether Anomaly DPS. Her damage output is solid, but she is more team-dependent than Sunna.
Major Buffs to Left-Out Agents
This version also brought buffs to Von Lycaon and Asaba Harumasa, with Harumasa benefiting the most overall. His gameplay is noticeably smoother now, as he no longer relies on charged Basic Attacks to unload his damage. This makes him much more fun to play than before, and way more efficient as well.
Von Lycaon did not get a major buff, but it is enough to keep him in his usual spot.
