The Pandemonium event from Diablo 2 has made its way to Diablo 4 in Season 15. In this event, players can fight Uber versions of all three Prime Evils at once and earn the Hellfire Torch.

Collecting the Prime Evil Splinters
As part of this season’s theme, players can fight the echoes of the Prime Evils in their respective dungeons:
- Baal is located inside the Worldstone Keep in the Fractured Peaks
- Mephisto is located inside the Durance of Hate in Hawezar
- Diablo is located inside the Labyrinth in Scoscglen
Defeating them has a chance to drop their respective splinter: the Splinter of Destruction, the Splinter of Hatred, and the Splinter of Terror.
Activating the Pandemonium Event
Once you collect all splinters, you can combine them in the Horadric Cube to create Wirt’s Lucky Coin.
You can then throw Wirt’s Lucky Coin in the fountain at Old Tristram to open the portal to the Pandemonium Event.
Inside, you will encounter all three Prime Evils, and defeating them will result in an explosion of loot, dropping several Mythic Uniques, Mythic Unique charms, and even the Hellfire Torch.
The Hellfire Torch
The Hellfire Torch was a Unique Large Charm in Diablo 2, and now it exists as a Mythic Unique Charm in Diablo 4.
It’s an extremely powerful Charm with the following affixes:
- + All Stats %
- + Resistance %
- + All Skills
Its true strength, however, comes from its other two effects:
First, it adds a +1 Set count to a random class Set, letting you reach the bonuses of that Set at 1,2, and 4 instead of 2,3, and 5.
Secondly, it lets you equip 1 more Unique Charm. This, in combination with the previous effect, means you can equip 4 Set Charms, 1 Unique Charm, and the Hellfire Torch all at once while receiving the full benefits.
The secrets don’t end here…
Another thing dropped by the Pandemonium event is the Standard of Heroes. While it has the Unique Trophy tag, clicking it doesn’t do anything.
