<p>The first round of hotfixes just hit<a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> Diablo 4</a> servers. Apparently, Legendary items were dropping more frequently at lower levels, while becoming less common at higher levels. This fix should vastly change the impact of how often your character gets Legendary drops.</p>

Diablo 4 Hotfix Adjusts Legendary Drop Rates in Season 10


<p><a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/guides/diablo-4-latest-season" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Diablo 4 Season 10</a> has just begun, and whilst players are out and about enjoying the new <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/guides/chaos-perks-guide" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Chaos Perks</a> and <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/guides/chaos-armor-guide" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Chaos Armor</a>, some fans found something interesting. Fans have discovered that <a href="https://www.artstation.com/vakon" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Konstantin Vavilov</a>, an EX-Blizzard Senior Concept Artist, has uploaded some <a href="https://www.artstation.com/artwork/bgRvDG?album_id=14595929" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">interesting concept art to ArtStation</a>, which features a silhouette that bears resemblance to <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d3/crusader-class" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Diablo 3&#8217;s Crusader</a>.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Crusader In Diablo 4?</h2>



<p>Blizzard has talked about that as <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Diablo 4</a> evolves over the years, it will introduce more expansions alongside the annual seasons. The first expansion, <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/guides/vessel-of-hatred-overview" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Vessel of Hatred</a>, continues the story and introduces brand new zones. Most importantly, it brings us the new <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/spiritborn/builds" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Spiritborn class</a>.</p>



<p>While these beautiful art pieces focus on the Druid culture, it is a bit odd that the silhouette in one of the key pieces resembles a Crusader, rather than a <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/druid/builds" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Druid</a>. Is this simply just a quick thing thrown together, or is there more to this story?</p>

<p>While players don&#8217;t have concrete answers as to where we will visit next in Sanctuary, the Cathedral of Light is still active. Perhaps after the countless losses the Cathedral of Light has suffered through the conclusion of Diablo 4&#8217;s base game and from the events of Vessel of Hatred, it would make sense for them to seek like-minded aid.</p>



<p>The Crusader is likely one of the next classes on the list for joining the D4 roster, as most of the cast is already present, excluding a few that bear too similar gameplay styles, such as Diablo 3&#8217;s <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d3/demon-hunter-class" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Demon Hunter</a>. Players have been hoping for either the Crusader, <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d3/witch-doctor-class" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Witch Doctor</a>, or even the <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d2/amazon-class-and-builds" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Amazon</a> to make a reappearance eventually.</p>



<p>But what do you think? Would you want the Crusader to be the next class in Diablo 4 or perhaps another class? Maybe something entirely new altogether, like the Spiritborn, or something from the past games?</p>


Is Diablo 4 Bringing Back the Crusader Class?


<p><a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/guides/diablo-4-latest-season" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Diablo 4 Season 10</a> has just begun, and fans have already begun to notice a few bugs. One of the few bugs players immediately noticed right away is that this season&#8217;s earnable pet, Little William, is missing.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">New Diablo 4 Season, New Bugs</h2>



<p>Little William was previously earnable through Season 9&#8217;s Premium Battle Pass Beasts Reliquary section. Thankfully, Blizzard has already commented on the situation.</p>

        <p>This has been identified as a UI issue, and you are still able to click it and equip it even though it’s “invisible” visually. The team is working on a fix for this visual issue so players can see Little William in UI again.</p>

<p>Rest assured, if you managed to earn Little William at least once this season, they aren&#8217;t gone; rather, their UI is currently bugged at the moment. But this isn&#8217;t the only bug players have noticed during the first few hours of Season 10. Along with Little William&#8217;s icon currently being bugged, one user has also reported that <a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/diablo4/comments/1nonpih/new_season_new_missing_cosmeticscompanions" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">some Mount Trophys have vanished</a>.</p>



<p>One Reddit user has found out that the new wings from Season 10&#8217;s Battle Pass are currently bugged as well.</p>

<p>While Season 10 has mostly gone smoothly and players are having a fun time with the new <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/guides/chaos-armor-guide" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Chaos Armor</a> and Chaos Rifts, sadly, these haven&#8217;t been the only bug reports players are running into. Another Reddit user has also found that the very <a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/diablo4/comments/1nordcb/first_quest_is_bugged_no_chaos_rift_to_close" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">first Seasonal Quest is currently bugged</a> as well.</p>

<p>Blizzard community manager confirmed the problem already, and they added that a patch will likely be required to fix the issue. </p>



<p>If you are an Xbox player, and you have the problem, sadly there is not much else you can do outside       patiently waiting for an update, as the team works to get everyone back into the action!</p>



<p>This is a for sure only a small bump that can be encountered early in the season. It seems the launch is going smoothly for PC and other console players so far. </p>

Diablo 4’s New Season Already Bugged for Xbox Players


<p>Blizzard is making sure you can slay demons with style during the <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/guides/diablo-4-latest-season" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Season of Infernal Chaos</a> with new cosmetic sets in Tejal&#8217;s Shop!</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">When Is the Shop Rotating</h2>



<p>Starting <strong>September 23 at 12 p.m. PDT</strong>, players can buy a ton of new Equipment, Armor, Accessories, <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/guides/mount-guide" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Mounts, and Mount Armor bundles</a>! So if you wanted last season&#8217;s sets, now is your ultimate last chance to get those before the new ones rotate in! </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Lair Boss Invulnerability Changes</h2>



<p>Thought the invulnerability phase was gone for good? Think again!</p>



<ul>
<li>Invulnerability phases can not trigger until 10 seconds have passed.</li>



<li>Phases can be skipped with high enough damage.</li>



<li>At 2/3 HP, bosses gain a shield equal to 1/3 of their max life.</li>



<li>At 1/3 HP, the shield jumps to 2/3 of their max life.</li>



<li>Shields last 5 seconds, and if broken in time, the boss never goes invulnerable.</li>
</ul>



<p>Even if the invulnerability is not completely removed, this should make boss fights less frustrating, and actually rewarding burst damage.</p>

How long should it take to go from level 1 to 60? A recent Reddit thread asked the exact same question, and the results show just how wildly different the journey can look depending on how you play.</p>

<p>Some players say it is a lightning-fast grind, possible in just a few hours. Others spread it out over a week, a handful of hours a night. And in between lies a whole spectrum of methods, shortcuts, and memes.  </p>



<p>So, can you really hit level 60 in a day? Here is the reality of it all!</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The Speedrunners</h2>



<p>For some, level 60 is not a milestone but just a warmup lap. Several players claimed they can get there in as little as 2-3 hours.  </p>



<p>The fastest path, according to them, is actually making it through the campaign and skipping cutscenes, or farming <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/guides/nightmare-dungeon-guide" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Whisper dungeons</a> and <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/guides/helltide-guide" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Helltides</a> with good efficiency. This means running from Whisper to Whisper and farming the Hell out of Helltide for hours. Group play makes it even faster. </p>



<p>One player summed it up: &#8220;<em>3 hours every season. 4 if you are slow.</em>&#8221; </p>



<p>It is not glamorous, and not even sure it is fun, but it gets the job done.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The Mid-Pack</h2>



<p>Others land somewhere in the middle, so around 6-8 hours for a focused grind, often including the seasonal storyline, strongholds, and some exploration. </p>



<p>This is also where the thread&#8217;s best advice popped up: &#8220;<em><strong>Town is lava</strong></em>.&#8221; The joke being that the biggest time-waster is not combat, but hanging around in town menus, checking gear, or chatting with friends. The more you avoid downtime, the faster you level. </p>



<p>These players might not finish in a single night, but they can hit 60 comfortably within a day if they really push.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The Chill Crowd</h2>



<p>Then there are the players who do not see the point of rushing. For them, level 60 takes a few days, sometimes a week or more, as they spread it out across shorter sessions.</p>



<p>These players run the seasonal questline, stop to grab waypoints, and sometimes even watch the cutscenes again. One commenter described it best: <em>&#8220;I get there when I get there.</em>&#8220;</p>



<p>For this crowd, Diablo 4 is not a race. It is a long grind meant to last the season. And this is the beauty of it. </p>

<p>The takeaway from the community is that yes, you can absolutely hit level 60 in a single day, speedrunners have proven it is possible in just a few hours. But if you <em>should</em> is another question. </p>

Can You Really Hit Level 60 in a Day in Diablo 4?

For many players, the biggest annoyance is not the new loot or the meta. It is the unnecessary grind of unlocking Strongholds and Waypoints all over again for every new character. </p>



<p>Sure, you can skip the campaign, but strongholds and waypoints? They are optional&#8230; mostly. And yet, for <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/druid/builds" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Druids</a> or other specific quests, players often <em>have</em> to do them just to progress. </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Why It Is Such a Pain</h2>



<p>Strongholds are not just filler, they are a source of XP, and some class quests require them to unlock special abilities. But after doing them once, having to clear them again for every new character feels like a waste of time for many players. </p>



<p>Waypoints are arguably even worse. There is zero reason to trek across the map just to unlock them again, especially when you are playing since the start of the game and unlocked those already ten thousand times before. </p>



<p>As one Reddit user put it:</p>



<p>&#8220;<em>I usually make at least 3 characters per season, and that&#8217;s probably the most tedious part</em>.&#8221;</p>



<p>Some players just skip them entirely unless a seasonal quest requires it, and others grudgingly run them for the XP or access to legion events. The consensus is that Strongholds are fine as long as there is a good reason to do them, but waypoints should transfer automatically. </p>



<p>The Diablo 4 Subreddit is split. Some people appreciate Strongholds as a fun way to level and explore the world, but others see them as a repetitive, pointless grind. Popular suggestions include:</p>

<p>From a dev perspective, repeating content can help pad playtime, encourage exploration, and give new seasonal players a structured journey. But for old players juggling multiple characters, it is mostly friction that slows down the fun.</p>



<p>A lot of players would simply want Strongholds to have more value, and for Waypoints to stay unlocked. </p>



<p>As Season 10 launches, this debate is unlikely to die down anytime soon. Will Blizzard change strongholds and waypoints in the future? We are certainly hoping for it. Until then, the grind continues!</p>
