<p>There seems to be a new bug in Diablo 4, and this time it involves <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/guides/chaos-armor-guide/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Chaos Armor</a>. Players have been reporting strange behavior and asking if these items are bugged, and it looks like they might be right. A new thread <a href="https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/d4/t/are-chaos-items-bugged/231417" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">on the official forums</a> brought the issue up today, and Blizzard was quick to jump in with a response.</p>



<p>Community manager Lyricana confirmed the team is already aware of the problem:</p>

<p>No details yet on what exactly is wrong or when a fix might happen, but the devs are investigating. Since Chaos Armor plays a big role in loot and build crafting, any bug here could mess with <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/guides/diablo-4-latest-season/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Season 10</a> plans.</p>

You can dress up your classes as Jim Raynor, Kerrigan, Tassadar, and more! But do not expect new gameplay content. </p>



<p>Most of the event is about cosmetics in the in-game shop, with a couple of free gifts and Twitch Drops that you can get quite easily.</p>

<p>The Diablo IV x StarCraft crossover is definitely looking really cool, but it is sadly not bringing new quests, modes, or gameplay, just skins, a mount, and companions. </p>



<p>If you love StarCraft, it is a nice bonus. But if you were hoping for more content in Sanctuary, you might find it a little underwhelming.</p>

<p>Diablo 4 players are sharing a new leveling trick for <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/guides/diablo-4-latest-season/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Season 10</a> that flips the usual routine on its head. Instead of clearing Strongholds as soon as you hit the late 40s, the strategy is to save them for Torment 1 or even Torment 2. Diablo 4 Rifts – Why You Might Never Get That Guaranteed Mythic


<p>When it comes to adding quality of life changes to <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Diablo 4</a>, Blizzard does, in fact, listen most of the time, but even the smallest changes take a surprising amount of time to implement. The community has begged for Blizzard to increase the cap on Boss materials for multiple seasons, and they finally listened.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Better Late Than Never</h2>



<p>Diablo 4 <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/guides/diablo-4-latest-season" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Season 10</a> has brought a handful of quality-of-life changes across the board, including adjustments to <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/news/blizzard-finally-listened-diablo-4-season-10-proves-it" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Nightmare Dungeon Sigils</a>. Among the several changes made for this season, players have noticed that Boss summoning mats finally stack up to 100.</p>

<p>But is this just a temporary fix? Many players celebrate this <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/news/diablo-4s-dark-citadel-runs-ruined-by-frustrating-consumable-clutter" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">small but impactful change</a>, while others question, &#8216;Why stop at 100?&#8217; Since it seems unlikely that the developers will expand the players&#8217; inventory. So why should they limit the little space they currently have? Wouldn&#8217;t it be a better move to simply increase the total cap even higher? Perhaps 500 would be enough, or they could go the slightly comical route by making everything stack up to 666.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Slow Changes for Diablo 4</h2>



<p>While players don&#8217;t have a full insight into the development side of things when it comes to implementation for Diablo 4, surely there are some fixes that should be simple? Those who have been playing Diablo 4 for nearly every season can recall how long it takes for simple fixes or modifications to happen. </p>



<p>For example, it took Blizzard a few seasons to allow players to dash through barricades while riding their horse. While this is, in fact, a simple change, players are growing exhausted at the speed at which these smaller fixes are implemented. However, looking on the bright side of things, at the very least, they listen to the community, even if change does take several seasons to occur.</p>

<p>As of now, <strong>PS+ is still required for all online multiplayer features on PlayStation</strong>, including Party Finder, clans, and trading. </p>



<p>Some players may have reported joining parties without PS+, but these cases seem to be temporary glitches or exceptions, not an official change.</p>



<p>So, if you are hoping to play with friends in Diablo IV, you will still need your PS+ subscription. Consider this a heads-up before trying to exploit any &#8220;loopholes&#8221; that are not actually there, and that could lead you into trouble or even a ban if you try to play around it!</p>



<p>It is also a good reminder to be careful with what you read online. Just because something pops up on Reddit does not mean it is accurate.</p>


Diablo IV PS5 Party Finder Rumor: Can You Really Skip PS+?


<p><a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/guides/diablo-4-latest-season" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">This season, Diablo 4</a> players are heavily farming <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/guides/infernal-hordes-guide" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Infernal Hordes</a>, but not everyone is happy with the latest changes to this content. One part of the event, the Soulspires, has become especially controversial, with the new mechanics causing plenty of frustration.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Why Players Are Frustrated</h2>



<p>According to <a href="https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/d4/t/soul-spyres-are-much-worse-frustrating-than-ever-infernal-hordes/231216" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">several threads</a> on the <a href="https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/d4/t/redo-soul-spires-or-better-get-rid-of-them-finally/231239" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">official Blizzard forums</a>, the changes to Soulspires have made them more time-consuming and less rewarding. Previously, players could kill monsters around the spires freely. As long as someone was standing inside the spire&#8217;s radius, the kills would still count. Now, however, only monsters that <strong>die inside</strong> the Soulspire&#8217;s area actually progress it.</p>



<p>This has been causing a lot of frustrations:</p>



<p>&#8220;<em>If you want players to kill monsters INSIDE the Soul Spires, you should spawn many monsters inside them too!</em>&#8220;- Adventurer448, Blizzard Forums</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Slowing Down Infernal Hordes</h2>



<p>Players argue that the current setup often leaves waves unfinished, as mobs outside the spires no longer count, and the spires themselves do not spawn enough enemies to make progression reasonable. </p>



<p>On top of that, when you are in a party, enemies often run after other players, so if you are standing in the spire, but they all run away&#8230; they never killed inside the radius, and the spire never completes.</p>



<p>Many feel this makes Infernal Hordes unnecessarily slow and frustrating, especially for groups trying to grind for rewards. You end up getting way less out of it than before:</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Will Blizzard Adjust Them?</h2>



<p>Soulspires were meant to add some challenge, but the community feedback suggests they may need a rethink or adjustment in upcoming patches. </p>



<p>It is unknown if Blizzard will change the spawn rates or structure, or if it will remain the same, but for now, players are making their voices heard loud and clear!</p>


Are Soulspires Ruining Infernal Hordes in Diablo 4 Season 10?


<p>Diablo 4&#8217;s <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/guides/chaos-rifts-guide/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Chaos Rifts</a> are a new feature in <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/guides/diablo-4-latest-season/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Season 10</a>, and players are quickly finding out they are no joke.</p>



<p>These rifts appear most often inside Helltide events, but you can also stumble into them in <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/guides/nightmare-dungeon-guide/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Nightmare Dungeons</a> if you have a sigil with the Chaos modifier. When opened, the rift unleashes waves of enemies that feel much stronger than the rest of the environment. And when the Rift boss shows up? Things can get downright &#8220;brutal.&#8221;</p>



<p>More and more players report the fact that they can go through Helltides with ease, only to get shredded by Chaos Rift bosses, sometimes even forcing them to lower world difficulty just to survive.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">A Love-Hate Challenge</h2>



<p>Even though there are complaints, the tone around Chaos Rifts is not all negative. Quite the opposite! It turns out that many players are happy to finally have something that feels dangerous.</p>



<p><a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/diablo4/comments/1np39cg/anyone_else_getting_owned_by_the_purple_chaos_mobs/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">On Reddit</a>, someone called the rifts &#8220;perfect&#8221;, stating that they are finally introducing a real threat in a game where most content can feel too easy. A few players commented that they hope Blizzard will not nerf them, saying the spike in difficulty is exactly what Diablo needs.</p>



<p>However, the balance feels a little off. Lower-level characters often run into rifts before they have the gear or builds to handle them.</p>



<p>Normal purple mobs from Chaos Rifts can take longer to kill than elites, and this can leave some players frustrated, especially when the rifts appear as early as Level 10.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Endgame or Bust?</h2>



<p>The consensus seems to be that Chaos Rifts are rough during leveling, but much easier once you hit endgame with a strong build. In other words, they are a bit overtuned for new characters, but not particularly threatening once you get to Torment and <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/guides/endgame-tier-list/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Endgame with a good build</a>.</p>

Diablo 4’s Chaos Rifts Are Wiping Players Out… and They Love It!


<p><a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/guides/diablo-4-latest-season/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Diablo 4 Season 10</a> has only just launched yesterday, but players are already celebrating a long-requested quality of life change. In case you missed it: Nightmare Dungeon Sigils now show if they are linked to a Whisper Dungeon, right on the key itself.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Faster Grind</h2>



<p>Before this update, you had to open the map every time and manually check if a dungeon matched the <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/guides/tree-of-whispers-guide/#completing_whispers_of_the_dead" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Grim Favors</a> rotation. That often meant wasted time and a stack of useless keys.</p>



<p>This might seem like a small change, but for players, it is huge. It is one of those &#8220;why was this not in the game from the start?&#8221; features, and a clear sign that Blizzard is listening to feedback.</p>

<p>Naturally, players on Reddit are already celebrating the change and, for once, actually thanking the devs. The update also comes with a dose of optimism, as many now hope the team will keep listening and follow up with even more improvements in the future.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">What Is Next on the QoL List?</h2>



<p>If Blizzard really is paying attention, players already have their next request lined up: a &#8220;Claim All&#8221; button for the Reliquary.</p>

<p>Right now, collecting rewards takes forever, since you need to press the button over and over for every single unlock. A simple one-click option would save minutes of mindless clicking and make the system feel far less tedious.</p>



<p>There is still a bunch of other stuff players are hoping for, but this is definitely a step in the right direction. It might have taken a while for Blizzard to add Whisper icons to Sigils, but it shows they are listening. Now let&#8217;s just hope future seasons keep the ball rolling with even bigger upgrades.</p>

Blizzard Finally Listened: Diablo 4 Season 10 Proves It


<p>The first round of hotfixes just hit<a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> Diablo 4</a> servers. Apparently, Legendary items were dropping more frequently at lower levels, while becoming less common at higher levels. This fix should vastly change the impact of how often your character gets Legendary drops.</p>
