Season 15 has added Old Tristram to Diablo 4 along with two side quests that can be completed once per week per character. These side quests are “Ogden’s Sign” and “The Butcher”.
In Tristram, you can find several NPCs from the original Diablo:
- Deckard Cain
- Griswold
- Ogden
- Adria
- Wirt
- Farnham
- Pepin
- Gillian
Before completing the quests, players can ask around the townspeople of Tristram for information on both Ogden’s sign and the Butcher.
Asking every NPC for information will unlock two achievements: Sign Snooper and Butcher Loremaster.
