Blizzard just announced that the Gift of the Tree event is making its way back to Diablo 4 on October 7. If you have been around Sanctuary for a while, you will know this is not the first time the event has appeared, but it is still one of the better opportunities to farm loot and experience!
How Does It Work
During the event, every time you hand in your Grim Favors at the Tree of Whispers, you will get an extra Whisper Cache.
That means more gear, more gold, more experience, and a pretty big pile of various materials with every turn-in.
Why Bother?
Sure, it is not a super unique seasonal event or anything like that, but Gift of the Tree is a great way to power up a new character, stock on gold, or just get a little extra efficiency out of your farming runs.
Since caches can drop a wide range of loot, this event often ends up being a really good way to grind. You can also farm some caches on your main, stock them into your stash, and open them on an alt to quickly get a TON of experience and gear!
The event starts October 7, so get ready to farm some whispers!
