Wrathful Caged Hearts are some of the most powerful in Diablo 4’s Season 1, but they can be difficult to get. However, players have found a few methods of getting them relatively quickly.
Tunnel Fishing
First off we have a normal method, where you can simply head to a fast to clear Malignant Tunnel, the Ravening Pit being the best example, check the Elite packs and then the boss. All of them can be Wrathful mobs who can drop the Wrathful Hearts, so you just keep an eye on whether they are that type of mob – you’re basically fishing for Wrathful mobs.
Quest Reset
The other method is slightly more… creative, as it requires the final step of the main season quest. You simply repeat that and don’t complete it, and you’ll be getting a guaranteed Wrathful Heart, and possibly even more. Rob explains it in the video, but basically you run the final step until you kill Varshan and then don’t turn it in but rather reset the dungeon. If you’ve already completed the quest you’ll need a player that hasn’t, or a new character to farm them on.
You can also just craft Uncertain Hearts and have an ok chance to get one from that.
