When Lord of Hatred launched, players were finally able to unlock the Secret Cow Level after completing several questlines, hunting for secrets, and even fishing.
A boss encounter with Moophisto, who was added as a world boss for a limited time just before Season 15 launched, has also been discovered as a continuation of the Secret Cow Level.
Skipping to the Secret Cow Level
A skip was also added, letting you bypass the quests and grind to access the Secret Cow Level immediately. If a player with the Moo emote uses it next to you, you will unlock the “Moo” inscription on the tablet outside Kyovashad.
Doing so will unlock a portal in the Skartara zone in Skovos, north of the Fool’s Quarry waypoint.
After entering the Secret Cow Level, you will find herds of cows attacking you and even the Cow King himself, who drops a Mythic Unique Helmet, the Sirloin of the Bovine cosmetic Leg Armor, and some Prime Ribs.
Unlocking the Bovine Sanctuary
You will need 5 Prime Ribs, collected from the Cow King himself, for this step. After you have acquired them, head to the Altar of the Heifer, located east of Tyrael’s Encampment waypoint.
Clicking on the Altar with 5 Prime Ribs in your inventory will teleport you to the Bovine Sanctuary. This will not consume the Prime Ribs.
Bovine Sanctuary is an island located west of Gea Kul, and not only does it have its own waypoint, but it also has several cow NPCs that provide Blacksmithing, Jeweler, and Occultist services.
North of the waypoint, you will find one more altar. Placing the 5 Prime Ribs in this altar will consume them and summon Moophisto.
Destroying Moophisto will reward the Figment of Imoogination mount trophy
