It seems we have a bug blocking players from claiming their well-earned Season Journey rewards! Luckily, the issue is both temporary and easily resolvable.
Just Relog
That’s right, it’s that simple. Many players are getting stuck and assuming this is a permanent bug, possibly skipping the journey for a while altogether. But the next time you start the game, it will basically resolve itself. If you want it done right away, just log out of the game and back in, and you should be able to claim your rewards.
