Season 15 has added a way to grant all characters on your account access to the Secret Cow Level, as well as to help others skip the base game and VoH steps of the questline, letting them earn the achievement and unlock account-wide access as well.
Unlocking Account-Wide Access
If you still have a character on which you completed the entire questline and still have your Torn Page, you can transmute it in the Horadric Cube along with 3 Rusty Cow Bells, which can be collected via fishing.
This will give you the Outcast’s Travel Pouch, which contains each of the 3 relics required to access the Secret Cow Level:
- The Stamina Potion from the base game part of the questline.
- The Rusted Bardiche from the Vessel of Hatred part of the questline.
- Neyrelle’s Hand from the Lord of Hatred part of the questline.
Once you acquire the Outcast’s Travel Pouch, Squirt the Peddler in Temis will now sell it to all characters on your account, letting you skip the entire questline and granting access to the Secret Cow Level.
Skipping to the Final Part of the Questline
While a method to give access to the Secret Cow Level to other players by Mooing at them was discovered with the launch of Lord of Hatred, it is now possible to fast-track others to the final part, letting them complete the questline, earn the achievement, and gain account-wide access as well.
The Stamina Potion and the Rusted Bardiche dropped by the Outcast’s Travel Pouch can be traded to other players, meaning the base game and VoH parts of the Secret Cow Level unlock questline can be skipped. Only the LoH part of the questline, which grants Neyrelle’s Hand, will need to be completed to earn the achievement and gain access to the Secret Cow Level.
