Fellowship’s Pre-Season 3 has just launched on June 22, bringing six whole Steam posts’ worth of patch notes and changes. Alongside the sweeping balance and itemization changes, the developers introduced the Pinnacle Dungeon, a new end-game difficulty dungeon.

What is Fellowship’s New Pinnacle Dungeon?
The Pinnacle Dungeon – Xul the Blood Monolith – is a new, optional challenge unlocked after reaching Eternal 5 and can be started through the respective queue finder. Inside are three new difficult boss fights we’ve not seen before in Fellowship.

Axel Lindberg, the game’s Director, confirmed additional details about the dungeon on the Official Fellowship Twitch Channel around the launch of Pre-Season 3.
Axel confirmed that there were three difficulties for the Pinnacle Dungeon – Normal, Hard, and Nightmare – and that each difficulty would add new fight mechanics as well as rewards. It was also confirmed that there was no clear timer for the dungeon on the stream.
With the focus entirely on clearing the fights themselves, we can only assume that the encounters will be as difficult as the developers have suggested. Notably, players have never seen this dungeon before – no mention of it existed until today.
As such, no one has shared any footage or gameplay of the dungeon yet – however there are glimpses of the bosses in the Rise of the Heskyr trailer:
What are the Rewards from the Pinnacle Dungeon?
The Pinnacle Dungeon introduces entirely new rewards including end-game gear drops, new mounts, and new crafting materials to help push your Hero builds to their limits.
Each difficulty of the dungeon you complete (Normal, Hard, and Nightmare) has the chance to drop a legendary mount for each difficulty. You can see these mounts here:

In addition, once per week you can obtain Bloodstones which have different effects depending on the difficulty you obtained them in:
- Bloodstone
- Upgrades the rarity and item level of any equippable item to ‘Regal’ 315
- Existing modifiers are kept. Any added modifiers are based on existing modifiers.
- Tempers the item 3 / 5 / 8 times for Normal / Hard / Nightmare
You can obtain one bloodstone per difficulty per week.

Lastly you get a “suitable” amount of gold, materials and gear rewards for completion. However, your first clear each week grants 5x more of these rewards. This means that players can repeatedly run the dungeon for rewards, but the reward structure encourages treating it as a weekly challenge.
