Anastasya will be arriving in Genshin Impact during the Version 7.3 Update. They will be a 5-star Cryo element character currently thought to be a DPS or Sub DPS who will wield a Bow. Although we dont know much yet here are their known abilities from currently known information from Seele_Leaks.
What Abilities and Skills Does Anastasya Use?
Normal Attack
Normal Attack
Performs up to five consecutive shots with a bow.
Charged Attack
Performs a more precise Aimed Shot with increased DMG.
While aiming, Cryo energy continuously accumulates on the arrow. An arrow fully charged with Cryo energy deals Cryo DMG.
Plunging Attack
Fires a shower of arrows in mid-air before falling and striking the ground, dealing AoE DMG upon impact and damaging opponents along its path.
Ascension Talents
Glory of the Radiant Night
After Anastasiya uses her Elemental Skill Judgment of the Pole Star, all party members gain Glory for 20s: CRIT DMG is increased by 12%.
When a party member is Sealed, the Glory they possess is temporarily distributed equally among party members who are not Sealed until 8s after their Sealing ends.
An Unfinished Requiem
When Anastasiya is in the party, Stellar Glimmer reactions triggered by all party members gain the following effects:
• Stellar-Conduct: Each time the Polestar Field grants a buff, its effects are further increased. Additionally, when a Stellar Prism is created, the Polestar Field immediately grants one instance of its buff.
• Stellar Swirl: Stellar Vortexes and Wandering Vortexes are upgraded to Level 2 upon creation. This effect can trigger at most once every 1s. Additionally, the base reaction multiplier of Stellar Swirl is increased by 15%.
Passive Talents
Stellar Benediction, Untainted Rebirth
While within the Polestar Field / within 8s after a party member triggers a Stellar Swirl reaction nearby, Anastasiya respectively enters the Radiance – Stellar-Conduct / Radiance – Stellar-Swirl state.
When party members trigger Superconduct / Cryo Swirl reactions, these reactions are converted into Stellar-Conduct / Stellar Swirl reactions.
Additionally, based on Anastasiya’s ATK, the base DMG of the aforementioned reactions dealt by party members is increased: Every 100 ATK increases the base DMG of these reactions by 0.7%, up to a maximum increase of 14%.
Blessing of Falling Snow
In Snezhnaya (excluding Nod-Krai), when party members are not in combat, they gradually restore HP.
Additionally, when Anastasiya is in the party, the energy of “Grey-Eyed” will not decrease. If its energy is below 30%, it will immediately be restored to 30%.
This effect does not apply in Domains, Trounce Domains, or the Spiral Abyss.
Elemental Skill
Reveals the true nature of “Transcendence”, dealing AoE Cryo DMG and unleashing its authority in different ways depending on whether the Skill is Tapped or Held.
Tap
Grants the “Benevolence” Blessing and casts the Azure Star Crown inherited from the Royal Court.
The Azure Star Crown follows the active character and deals two instances of AoE Cryo DMG to nearby opponents every 2s.
Radiance – Stellar Glimmer: The second instance of DMG dealt by the Azure Star Crown with each attack is instead converted into AoE Cryo DMG that is considered DMG from the corresponding Stellar Glimmer reaction.
Hold
Grants the “Glory” Blessing and displays the exquisite spear techniques inherited from the Royal Court.
While in this mode, Anastasiya’s Normal Attacks are converted into up to five consecutive attacks with the Sacred Spear of Protection – Decomeno, dealing AoE Cryo DMG that cannot be overridden by other Elemental Infusions. Charged Attacks cannot be performed.
Radiance – Stellar Glimmer: The final instance of DMG dealt by each hit of the Sacred Spear’s Normal Attacks is instead converted into AoE Cryo DMG that is considered DMG from the corresponding Stellar Glimmer reaction.
Transcendence and Blessings
When using the Elemental Skill Judgment of the Pole Star, Anastasiya unleashes her authority in different ways and obtains different Blessings depending on whether the Skill is Tapped or Held.
• Tap: Grants the “Benevolence” Blessing.
• Hold: Grants the “Glory” Blessing.
Under these two Blessings, Anastasiya can respectively use the corresponding Elemental Bursts and utilize her sealed authority in different ways.
When Anastasiya has not been granted the “Glory” Blessing, she always possesses the “Benevolence” Blessing.
Radiance – Stellar Glimmer
Radiance – Stellar-Conduct and Radiance – Stellar Swirl are collectively referred to as Radiance – Stellar Glimmer states.
A character can only be affected by one Radiance state at a time, with Radiance – Stellar-Conduct taking priority.
Elemental Burst
Depending on the Blessing Anastasiya possesses, she can use the corresponding Elemental Burst and utilize her sealed authority in different ways.
To a New World
Can be used when Anastasiya possesses the “Benevolence” Blessing.
Deals AoE Cryo DMG and freezes the duration of the Azure Star Crown.
During this time, Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG dealt by all nearby party members is increased.
Additionally, when the Azure Star Crown attacks, it deals one additional instance of AoE Cryo DMG considered DMG from the Stellar-Conduct reaction.
When Anastasiya switches to the off-field, she also seals herself. Once the sealing ends, she can use the special unsealing Elemental Skill Azure Star Decree – Triumph.
When the Eternal Night Gives Way to Dawn
Can be used when Anastasiya possesses the “Glory” Blessing.
Unleashes the power of the Sacred Spear, dealing AoE Cryo DMG considered DMG from the Stellar-Conduct reaction, and freezes the duration of the Blessing.
Additionally, Anastasiya seals up to three other party members. Once the sealing ends, they can use the special unsealing Elemental Skill Azure Star Decree – Annihilation.
Radiance – Stellar Glimmer: All Stellar-Conduct reaction DMG mentioned above is instead converted into AoE Cryo DMG considered DMG from the corresponding Stellar Glimmer reaction.
Sealing
A special status applied to characters when Anastasiya uses her Elemental Burst. Characters under the Sealing status cannot be switched onto the field.
The initial duration of Sealing is the same as the duration of the corresponding Elemental Burst. Certain methods can reduce the remaining duration of Sealing.
Depending on the Blessing Anastasiya possesses, she uses the corresponding Elemental Burst and utilizes her sealed authority in different ways.
Benevolence: When Anastasiya switches to the off-field, she seals herself. Whenever nearby party members deal Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG, the remaining duration of her Sealing is reduced.
For a certain period after Sealing ends, switching Anastasiya onto the field triggers the special unsealing Elemental Skill Azure Star Decree – Triumph.
Glory: Anastasiya seals up to three other party members. Whenever Anastasiya performs a Normal Attack, the remaining duration of their Sealing is reduced. For a certain period after Sealing ends, initially tapping the corresponding character will not switch them onto the field, but instead trigger the special unsealing Elemental Skill Azure Star Decree – Annihilation.
Freeze – A special mechanic. Until the effect that triggers Freeze ends, the duration of the affected effect will no longer decrease.
Azure Star Decree – Triumph
A special Elemental Skill performed when Anastasiya switches onto the field after her own Sealing ends.
Deals AoE Cryo DMG to nearby opponents considered DMG from the Stellar-Conduct reaction.
Radiance – Stellar Glimmer: The aforementioned DMG is instead converted into AoE Cryo DMG considered DMG from the corresponding Stellar Glimmer reaction.
Azure Star Decree – Annihilation
For a certain period after the Sealing of other party members ends, initially tapping the corresponding character will not switch them onto the field, but instead trigger this special Elemental Skill.
Azure Star Decree – Annihilation consists of three stages. The attacks are performed in sequence when initially tapping the corresponding character or tapping the Elemental Skill.
1st Stage: Performs consecutive slashes with the Sacred Spear of Protection – Decomeno, dealing multiple instances of AoE Cryo DMG considered Elemental Skill DMG that cannot be overridden by other Elemental Infusions, followed by one instance of Cryo AoE DMG considered DMG from the Stellar-Conduct reaction.
2nd Stage: Leaps forward and performs a slash, dealing AoE Cryo DMG considered DMG from the Stellar-Conduct reaction.
3rd Stage: Fires the Sacred Spear like an arrow, dealing a higher amount of AoE Cryo DMG considered DMG from the Stellar-Conduct reaction, and ends the freezing of the Blessing.
Radiance – Stellar Glimmer: The aforementioned Stellar-Conduct reaction DMG is instead converted into AoE Cryo DMG considered DMG from the corresponding Stellar Glimmer reaction.
Constellations
C1 – To the Years Gone By, To the Heart That Never Ceased Burning
Enhances the Ascension Talent “Glory of the Radiant Night”: Glory additionally increases the ATK of Cryo characters by 15% and the Elemental Mastery of characters of other Elemental Types by 60.
Additionally, when a character is Sealed, distributing Glory equally will no longer cause the original character’s Glory to disappear. When Anastasiya is Sealed, the Glory granted to other characters is increased to 300% of its original value.
C2 – To the Harsh Winter, To Those Who Share Its Bitterness
After using the Elemental Skill Judgment of the Pole Star, Anastasiya gains the following effects depending on the Blessing she possesses:
• Benevolence: CRIT DMG of Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG dealt by all party members is increased by 60% for 30s.
• Glory: Anastasiya’s Normal Attacks, Elemental Burst When the Eternal Night Gives Way to Dawn, and ensuing Elemental Skill Azure Star Decree – Annihilation deal 125% of their original DMG for 15s.
Additionally, Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG dealt by all nearby party members is elevated by 5%.
C4 – To the Tyrant, Let the Song of Defiance Be Sung
Enhances Glory: The effects that increase CRIT DMG, ATK, and Elemental Mastery are increased to 130% of their original values.
C6 – Behold, the Pure Dawn Shall Rise
After using the Elemental Skill Judgment of the Pole Star, Anastasiya gains the following effects depending on the Blessing she possesses:
• Benevolence: The next time another character is switched onto the field, an effect equivalent to Azure Star Decree – Triumph is triggered, dealing 250% of its original DMG. Additionally, Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG dealt by all nearby party members is elevated by 10%.
• Glory: The next time the Elemental Skill is Tapped, an effect equivalent to the third stage of Azure Star Decree – Annihilation is triggered, dealing 200% of its original DMG. If other characters are not Sealed, Anastasiya’s attack will be considered to possess the Glory of all party members. Additionally, Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG dealt by Anastasiya is increased by 20%.
These effects last for 30s and can be triggered once every 15s. The effect will be removed when the Sealing status of other party members ends.
