Among all the latest fake leaks and information circulating about GTA 6, there is a rumor about working conditions over at Rockstar as well, but right now, there is no real proof behind it.
The whole thing comes from an anonymous review on Glassdoor that was shared on social media, where someone claiming to work at Rockstar Games talks about heavy workloads, overtime, and tight deadlines in the last few weeks. According to the post, tasks that would normally take months are being pushed through much faster, with some late-night work involved.
However, a lot of people forget that it is just one “anonymous” review. No main outlet has confirmed anything, so it could just as easily be exaggerated, or not real at all.

Not a New Topic for Rockstar
Even if this specific rumor is not verified, the topic itself is not new. Rockstar already faced criticism over crunch during Red Dead Redemption 2, and this kind of situation is not unusual in AAA development, especially close to launch.
With the release getting closer and closer, a lot of people are also wondering if the game will even release by the end of the year. With all the hype and expectations, it is safe to assume that the developers are definitely under a lot of pressure.
Should You Be Worried?
Right now, not really. There is no official statement, no confirmation, and no clear sign that anything is going wrong with development.
It is something to keep an eye on, but not something to take as fact. If there is indeed a lot of crunch, it could mean the game might be delayed again, but at the same time, it could also mean it is just being extra polished for launch.
