Today is a very big day for Persona fans everywhere. Not only did we finally get a full look at the upcoming Persona 4 Revival, but fans also got a teaser confirming Persona 6!
Persona 4 Revival
Persona 4 is getting the same treatment as the highly successful Persona 3 Reload, which only came out 2 years ago. Keen-eyed fans will have already noticed that not only have there been some adjustments to the combat & visuals, but also the voice cast has been changed, much like P3R.
This also raises the question of whether the soundtrack will see a remaster or even include alternative tracks, much like P3R, or if Atlus won’t change as much this time around. But aside from confirming that Persona 4 Revival is dropping on February 18th, 2027. Fans also finally got a teaser for Persona 6!
Persona 6
While very little is still known about Persona 6’s cast of characters, location, or even theme. Fans have already been speculating for years, and it turns out some minor elements have been correct. Every Persona game has a theming, a message, and a color associated with it. Persona 3 is blue, 4 is yellow, 5 is red, so many have been guessing that 6 would be green. And this association would be with some form of corruption.
But from this short teaser, it seems we are getting a much darker story, one more akin to Persona 3’s message. Sadly, we don’t have any gameplay, a further announcement date, or a release date. But keep an eye on our Other Games section for when we hear more.
