THQ Nordic has just revealed the next big step in Titan Quest II: Chapter 2, which will take players into the mythic Northern Beaches. The region looks beautiful on the surface, but its blue waters and sunlit ruins are hiding more than enough danger to keep us heroes busy!
Nemesis and the Ichthians
The story here pushes the battle against Nemesis further, as we uncover her ties to the Ichthians (the fish-men who already wrecked the southern lands). Players can expect tougher variations of Ichthians, their massive stronghold, and even a fight with their king as you push to shut down the threat once and for all.
Quests on the Shoreline
Not everything is about Nemesis, though. There will be a World Quest chain that has you helping shipwreck survivors scattered across the beaches. Along the way, you will uncover hidden treasure, fend off monsters from Greek myth, and run into surprises that could be just as dangerous as the enemies.
Skylla, the New Chapter Boss
Chapter 2 also introduces a fresh boss: Skylla, the legendary sea monster that once menaced Odysseus and his crew. Expect a fight worthy of her myth, with the Northern Beaches serving as her hunting ground.
Titan Quest II’s odyssey is only getting bigger, and Chapter 2 looks like it is going to deliver more monsters, more myth, and more reason to sharpen your weapons!
