Are you a pet collector, or just looking for another furry friend in WoW Forever? You should keep an eye out for two vendors who don’t stay in one place for long. Mayhoa Skyhoof and Lil Timmy each sell a pet that can be easy to miss if you don’t know where to look. The best part of all (in my opinion…) is that they have a limited stock, meaning that only one player can buy their pet at one time.
Mayhoa Skyhoof Has a Little Wolf for Horde Players
Horde players can hunt down Mayhoa Skyhoof, who sells a Prairie Wolf Pup Carrier. Players have reported that the carrier sells for around 60 silver, but this could change post-beta. As the name suggests, this item lets you add a tiny wolf to your collection.
Although Mayhoa is associated with Thunder Bluff, her listed location is Orgrimmar. She wanders around the city rather than waiting at a vendor stall, so finding her can take some time and legwork.
Players have reported seeing her travel through the Valley of Honor, pass the pond near the fishing NPCs, and move between The Drag and the Valley of Wisdom. Her route includes a few stops along the way, so you may need to search more than one area before spotting her. It has not been found where she despawns exactly on her route, and she can sometimes change directions or stop in place mid-route according to some players.
Lil Timmy Brings a Kitten to Stormwind
Alliance players have their own roaming pet seller to look out for. Lil Timmy sells a White Kitten also around 60 silver, but you’ll need to catch him while he’s making his way through Stormwind.
Start your search around Cathedral Square and the nearby canals. Reports from players place him travelling across bridges and through the Trade District, Old Town and Dwarven District before he disappears near Cathedral Square. He returns in a later spawn, though there’s no confirmed timer you can rely on. If Lil Timmy isn’t up, then you can safely wait for his respawn next to the Cathedral Square as he only has one spawn point. Again, though, this could still change in WoW Forever.
Like Mayhoa, Lil Timmy only has one kitten in stock, so you’ll want to grab it when you get the chance.
Neither vendor is the sort that you can add to your regular shopping route. Their respawn rates and restock are unknown in the Forever beta just yet, which means they could differ to previous versions of WoW.
If you’re serious about collecting pets in WoW Forever, then it’s worth keeping their names in mind and checking their patrol areas when you’re passing through either city. You never know when one of them might show up with a new companion for your collection!
