The very first WoW Forever comic is here! We get a taste of the Forsaken experience in “Unbowed”, with a twist. A Scarlet Crusader is raised as a Forsaken and has to face his fellow undead after waging a crusade to eradicate them. Cormack first has to defeat his former Scarlet Crusade allies to stop them from killing other Forsaken. The following conversation examines the nature of the Forsaken and their place on Azeroth. Cormack’s devotion to the Light complicates things for him, as every time he calls upon it, it burns him. He even ponders returning to his open grave.
Cormack, a former Scarlet Crusader in life, now raised as Forsaken, struggles to accept his undead existence. After confronting both his past and the beliefs that defined him, he is left to ask himself: can a Forsaken still serve the Light?
