We have a delay for the Forever stress test/server slam event! After adding all the details of the free event recently, including the exact start times, Blizzard have now postponed it. It will no longer take place on October 19th, but two days later, on the 21st instead. No word on if the start times from the previous article are going to be the same on the new date, but presumably they should be. The same goes for the planned length of the event, which is said to be a few hours. As a reminder, everyone can participate in the event, even without an active subscription, game time, or beta access.
Blizzard also didn’t share the reason for the delay, with only a very short and to the point announcement:
Please note that we will do the Stress Test on October 21, not two days earlier as previously stated.
