One of the first things you notice when jumping into WoW: Forever is just how good the game looks. With new graphical settings including fog, lighting, and water effects, Azeroth has been given a huge visual upgrade.
But if you want to get even more out of your game (and maybe even save a few fps), here are a few settings you might want to change!
A More Cinematic Azeroth
Changing your Render Scale from 100% to 98% might seem counter-intuitive, but it can give the game a cleaner appearance without noticeably affecting image quality. You can check out the difference in this video below:
If you want to take things a step further, try setting your Contrast to 60% and your Brightness to 40% (depending on your monitor). Increasing the contrast between light and shadow really allows the new fog effects to shine!
Of course, this comes down to personal preference—If you prefer a brighter image, you may want to adjust these values/stick to the default settings. But with WoW: Forever already looking better than ever, a few small tweaks are all you need to let Azeroth really pop!
