Update: Blizzard have changed the timing of the nerf. It will now happen at the next weekly reset, on August 25th/26th.

It seems one particular item evaded last week’s tuning pass. The 
Aqirbane Reliquary was giving out too much crit it seems. Not only has the amount been lowered, but it’s now handing out a random secondary stat instead. The neck drops from the final boss of the Venomous Abyss, Ula’tek himself.
With a hotfix that will go live soon today, we’re adjusting a trinket:
Items
- Aqirbane Reliquary now grants a smaller quantity of all secondary stats (was a large quantity of only Critical Strike). Its first on-equip effect is unchanged, and its second on-equip effect has been updated to increase a random secondary stat (was only Critical Strike) while decreasing the other three.
