The latest patch wasn’t good for the Cooldown Manager, as it seems certain buffs and debuffs are not being tracked properly. Both friendly players and enemies are affected. Blizzard are working on a fix, which should come soon.
We’ve identified an issue with the Cooldown Manager where certain buffs and debuffs aren’t tracking properly for friendly and enemy players.
We’re working on fixing the issues and will update this thread after the fix is live in-game.
