Blizzard announced last night a new Mythic+ achievement, Keystone Myth. This achievement is arriving in Patch 12.0.5 and requires reaching 3,400 Rating in Mythic+ during a season, rewarding you with a Timelost Saddle. This saddle will be used to purchase mounts – both new mounts and returning mounts from past Mythic+ seasons!
In this post, we’re going through all the possibly returning mounts from past Mythic+ seasons that you may have missed. Mythic Keystone achievement mounts are no longer obtainable once a season ends. This new addition is your chance to obtain them!
Keystone Achievement Mounts Possibly Returning
Here’s a list of all mounts that may return, with the addition of the Timelost Saddle. It is worth noting that Blizzard has stated we are getting a curated mount selection, so it is very possible that not all of the mounts below will be available in this new system (or perhaps, not available with the launch of Patch 12.0.5).
Battle for Azeroth Keystone Mounts
- Season Four of Battle for Azeroth was the first season to give a mount, with
Battle for Azeroth Keystone Master: Season Four giving us the
Awakened Mindborer mount.

Shadowlands Keystone Mounts
Shadowlands was the first expansion to have a themed mount throughout the expansion as part of the Keystone Master achievement rewards. Each season gave us a different recolor of the Deathwalker mount model.
Shadowlands also brought different requirements for each season, as the rewards system for Mythic+ evolved throughout the expansion.
Shadowlands Keystone Master: Season One required timing all keys at Level 15 or above, and gave us the
Sintouched Deathwalker mount.
Shadowlands Keystone Master: Season Two required obtaining a M+ rating of 2,000 or above, and gave us the
Soultwisted Deathwalker mount.
Shadowlands Keystone Master: Season Three required obtaining a M+ rating of 2,500 or above, and gave us the
Wastewarped Deathwalker mount.
Shadowlands Keystone Master: Season Four required obtaining a M+ rating of 2,000 or above, and gave us the
Restoration Deathwalker mount.

Dragonflight Keystone Mounts
Dragonflight followed a similar format to that of Shadowlands. At this point, Keystone Master was fixed with the 2,000 M+ rating required for all seasons, and each season gave us a different recolor of the Armoredon mount model.
Dragonflight Keystone Master: Season One gave us the
Hailstorm Armoredon mount.
Dragonflight Keystone Master: Season Two gave us the
Inferno Armoredon mount.
Dragonflight Keystone Master: Season Three gave us the
Verdant Armoredon mount.
Dragonflight Keystone Master: Season Four gave us the
Infinite Armoredon mount.

The War Within Keystone Mounts
The War Within is the first expansion that added the Keystone Legend achievements, which require reaching 3,000 Mythic+ rating during the season. This started with Season 2 of The War Within, so Seasons 2 and 3 each gave two mounts from Mythic+.
In addition, the mounts varied by season, each reflecting a general theme specific to that season. Season 1 featured a Mechsuit mount, Season 2 featured Shreddertank mounts, and Season 3 featured Void Flyer mounts.
The War Within Keystone Master: Season One gave the
Diamond Mechsuit mount.

The War Within Keystone Master: Season Two gave us the
Crimson Shreddertank mount.
The War Within Keystone Legend: Season Two gave us the
Enterprising Shreddertank mount.

The War Within Keystone Master: Season Three gave us the
Azure Void Flyer mount.
The War Within Keystone Legend: Season Three gave us the
Scarlet Void Flyer mount.

The rewards from the Mythic+ system have certainly evolved since its addition all the way back in the Legion expansion. Did you obtain all Mythic+ mounts? Is there any mount from the list above you’re excited to get?
