The Midnight expansion is adding a variety of new mount types. With a heavy focus on Quel’Thalas, another staple of the zone that has received an HD revamp are the Dragonhawks.
Dragonhawks were already teased to be returning as mounts via the Midnight Heroic Edition Pre-Order Rewards. There are many new Dragonhawk Mounts in Midnight, and we’re previewing all of them!
Dragonhawk Mounts Available in Midnight
The 
Cobalt Dragonhawk has a chance to drop from rare mobs in Eversong Woods. Rare mobs can be farmed every day for a chance at this beauty.
The 
Crimson Dragonhawk is the reward for the achievement 
Midnight Glyph Hunter, which requires finding all Skyriding Glyphs in the four main Quel’Thalas zones. Come back soon for a dedicated guide!
The 
Fiery Dragonhawk is a reward from the Silvermoon Court, one of the renown factions of Midnight. Learn how to obtain this mount, as well as all of the faction rewards, in our dedicated Silvermoon Court Renown Guide.
The 
Umbral Dragonhawk is a reward from the achievement 
Life of the Party, which requires maxing out your reputation with all four Silvermoon Noble factions in Saltheril’s Haven. This is part of the Silvermoon Court renown. You can also learn about them in our dedicated Silvermoon Court Renown Guide.
The 
Peridot Dragonhawk has a mount item, a potential source, and a description. However, it does not have a mount journal entry as of the time of this article’s posting. This likely means this mount will not be available at Midnight launch. The flavor text suggests this might be a reward available not at launch, but throughout the expansion.
Datamined Dragonhawk Model Variant
The model highlighted below is a variant of the Dragonhawk that does not include mount items or are otherwise unavailable at the Midnight launch. We can hope they will be added at a later date.
