The partnership between WoW and McDonald’s Australia is continuing, and this time players can get their hands on some in-game goodies.
Following last month’s promotion, which allowed Australian customers to exchange MyMacca’s points for access to the Forever beta, McDonald’s is now offering three different WoW rewards through its loyalty program.
Players can redeem 2,000 MyMacca’s points for their choice of game time, the Lil’ Ragnaros pet, or a cosmetic back piece. That gives Australian players another way to pick up some collectable extras! The promotion is exclusive to McDonald’s Australia, so players elsewhere won’t be able to exchange their own loyalty points for the rewards.
Players outside Australia may not be completely out of luck. Codes obtained through the promotion may be redeemable by other players, though this isn’t confirmed just yet. It did seem to work for the last campaign, which means anyone with an Aussie friend, guildmate or particularly generous McDonald’s customer in their life might want to ask if they have a spare code.
