Missing These 4 Legion Remix Tasks Will Cost You Weeks in Retail!

Legion Remix is ending soon, and if you transfer your alts without doing a few key tasks first, you’ll miss out on unlocks that take days, or even weeks in retail. Follow this Legion Remix alt checklist to get the most long-term value from your characters before the event ends.

1. Hit Level 80 on Each Class

Legion Remix leveling may not start the fastest, but as you complete zone campaigns, infinite research, and level more alts, it can speed up quite a bit. At full power, the XP buff can reach up to +400% XP. This is perfect to get your stable of level 80 characters ready for Midnight in a fraction of the time.

Reaching level 80 also unlocks the Remix-exclusive fel variants of the class order hall mounts. These can be purchased for 20,000 Bronze each, but leveling each class at least once lets you obtain the achievement-based rewards without spending 240,000 Bronze just on mounts. If you want the complete mount collection, leveling one character per class is the best value by far.

2. Complete Each Classes Order Hall

Next on the Legion Remix alt checklist is finishing your class order hall campaigns. Mission table quests complete instantly in Remix, skipping the multi-hour, time-gated waiting that slows this campaign to a crawl.

Completing the Order Hall campaigns with each class unlocks

  • Unique class titles
  • Artifact appearances
  • Class-themed transmog
  • Class-specific mount

It is quite efficient to work on leveling a new character (step 1) and the Class Order Hall story at the same time. After finishing the Legionfall portion of the class order hall quests once, you unlock the Legionfall skip to speed up the process on alts.

3. Unlock Artifact Weapons and Their Appearances

Each spec has multiple artifact appearances, 36 specs in all, and Legion Remix makes many of them significantly easier to earn. Daily raid lockouts, daily world boss rotations, and repeatable withered army training all accelerate appearance unlocks that would typically take many weeks in retail.

Some of the most time-consuming appearances to earn in retail are much faster here:

Use tools like the WoWthing artifact tracker to easily see which appearances you still need and plan your route accordingly.

4. Max Out Legion Reps

Reputation Farming in Legion Remix is much faster than in retail. Infinite research quests, zone campaigns, and doing world quests award 2,000-reputation tokens, allowing you to max all factions quickly.

Rep farming will happen naturally while:

  • Completing the Class Order Hall
  • Working on Artifact appearances
  • Unlocking the Sargeri Commander Set
  • Running zone campaigns

Legion reputations unlock transmog, toys, recipes, and some are required for Balance of Power.

Legion reputations are still per-character, but Blizzard has confirmed their intention to roll older expansions into the Warband-wide reputation system eventually. Completing them now ensures your retail roster will be ready when that update arrives.

Following This Legion Remix Alt Checklist Earns Bronze Naturally

Not only does working through all four steps of this checklist set you up to make the best use of your time, but you will earn plenty of Bronze too. Use the additional Bronze to grab extra transmogs, mounts, toys, and other Remix rewards before the event ends.
