Patch 12.0.7 is here, alongside our first Mythic Flex raid: Sporefall! Rotmire, the raid’s singular boss, was downed in one fell swoop by Liquid. However, the speedy world first was not the only surprise this raid had in store for us.
Bonus Bonus Rolls?!
The Mythic Sporefall lockout works more similarly to a Heroic boss. Players will still have a weekly lockout from receiving direct drops from Rotmire, however, there is nothing to stop you from re-entering the raid to try your luck again through bonus rolls.
Blizzard have now clarified the situation, and it’s good news! This is not an exploit, and players are free to keep using as many bonus rolls on Rotmire as they want!
Thanks for the discussion here! To help clear up some confusion, we don’t have plans to make any immediate changes to Sporefall’s loot lockout, and players are free to use multiple bonus rolls on repeat attempts for this encounter.
