We’ve just had our first look into what’s coming in Patch 12.1: The Curse of Ula’Tek, and it’s safe to say, Player Housing is getting a bunch of pretty exciting updates!
Blueprints
After months of waiting, we’re finally getting an import/export feature for Player Housing, called Blueprints. With this feature, you’ll be able to import/export entire houses, or single rooms, and share these designs with other players.
Housing Updates: Make the Most of Housing with New Blueprints and Pets!
For players who want to share their cool builds with others, you’ll be able to export the entirety of your exterior and your interior, or your interior, your exterior, or a single room alone as you like.
Other players will be able to import your exports to use with their own homes. If you want to try something new, you’ll also be able to save what you currently have in place, play around with additional layouts, and then reload if you change your mind.
If you want to start with a clean slate completely, there will also be a new Reset option which places all your items back in your storage and lets you start new.
If you’re hoping to import a blueprint but don’t have everything in that blueprint already, the system will show you a list of what is in a blueprint and tell you what you have or are missing. You will still be able to import even if some items are missing.

Pets!
In Patch 12.1 we’ll be able to welcome our pets to our in-game homes! A new decor item, the Pet Bed, will allow your non-combat pets to wander through your house through newly-developed navigation technology.
Welcome Your Pets Home
New Endeavors
We’ll see four new Endeavors added to the game with Patch 12.1, including Amani Trolls, Kobolds, Ohn’ahran Centaur, and Tortollan.
New Endeavors Are Coming to Your Neighborhood
More Endeavors are on the way including for the Amani trolls, kobolds, Ohn’ahran centaur, and tortollan.
