The new Void Tier 2 appearances are one of the new things available from the
Field Accolade currency in Midnight Patch 12.0.5. It is a bit hard to track your progress with these sets, since they’re obtained through a gacha-style system. The Today in WoW website has a section to help you track your progress with collecting these new sets!

Void Tier 2 Acquisition Method – Gacha-Style Caches
You can purchase the Void Tier 2 sets via Cache tokens purchased from Triam Dawnsetter, one of the Field Accolade quartermasters in Patch 12.0.5. He sells Cache items that award you one random piece of Tier 2 gear. You have no agency over what item you will receive, besides the armor slot you’re targetting.

Although there is a layer of Bad Luck Protection here (you cannot receive repeat pieces from the Caches), it can be frustrating if you’re farming a specific set. Today in WoW helps you with tracking your collection, as it cannot be done easily ingame.
Use Today in WoW to Track Your Void Tier 2 Progress
The all-new Void Tier 2 Tracker section in Today in WoW allows you to track your progress with collecting the all-new sets. Once you sync your Battle.net account data on the site, you will receive stats about your collection tracking.

This is especially useful if you’re targeting a specific class set. By scrolling down to a class set section, you can get an estimate on how many pieces you need! You also get an estimation on how much currency and caches you will for each piece of the set.

Good luck on your farming!
