You can buy it from the Timewalking Vendor in Dalaran (Broken Isles) for 2,500 
Timewarped Badges, but you need to act fast!
How Long Until The Bow is Gone?
NA players have until Tuesday reset (July 22), while players have one extra day (July 23). If you don’t make it, you’ll have to wait until the next Legion Timewalking event is up.
How to Get to the Vendor Fast
The fastest way to reach the vendor is by using the 
Dalaran Hearthstone and go to Krasus’ Landing. If you don’t own the toy, you can take your faction’s portal to Azsuna in the Portal Room, then fly to Krasus’ Landing, which will take more time, but it gets you there fairly quickly, still.
