It seems the Spark of Tides issue where players were not receiving them isn’t quite done with! While the core issue is resolved and won’t happen again, getting the missing sparks to players is still ongoing. Some players still haven’t received theirs, and Blizzard are working on getting them over the next few days.
As we previously indicated, we had an issue where some players did not receive Sparks of Tides that were due to them. Our previous remedy for this left a number of players still missing Sparks. We’re continuing to work on this, and we’re getting closer to a solution.
We expect to restore Sparks to most players who are still missing them over the next few days, and we’ll update this thread again when that effort is complete.
