WoW is getting a Roguelike mode! Talebound brings new classes, its own game world, a new story, and so much more! A storyteller will set up the Roguelike runs and story, hence the name of the mode. There will be plenty of tales/levels, with relics, loot, buffs, and more. Quillgrave is where you will be between tales/runs. You’ll be able to get new abilities, gear up, and more there.
Classes
All classes can double-jump, dodge, and guard, and enemies flinch when attacked, adding to the ARPG angle of it all. The Slayer is one of the classes, with two weapons and a shotgun! The Inquisitor wields light magic and slows enemies, able to cast a lot of spells while moving. The Witch has lightning and plague abilities, can transform into a cat, summon spiders, ravens and more.
4 Stories and te Town
The mode has four stories or levels. There are several NPCs that allow you to change your talents, add items that can drop in the tales, and more.
The mode is coming to the PTR in October.
